Père Mathurin Sauvage de Brantes (Cover art): Adèle Saint-Pierre is a Providence-based Franco-American artist and a frequent contributor to Five on the Fifth. Her work is inspired by the stains and cracks she sees in the sidewalks and streets of her city. Her artwork has appeared in online literary journals (After the Pause, The River, Off the Coast), and she was the Epicenter Newsletter's featured artist for the week of 27 July 2021. A dozen of her pieces are currently on exhibit at Schasteâ on Broadway in Providence.
