The Red Balloon: Gabe San Agustin was born in California but has spent the last five years of his life living in Colombia. He teaches ESL/Language Arts at a bilingual school. When he is not teaching, he is writing, and when he is not writing, he is reading. Some of his favorite authors are: Amy Hempel, Noy Holland, and Will Christopher Baer.
