ABOUT THE COVER ART
The cover art for Issue 4 of Five on the Fifth was created by Roderick Bentley.
The piece is titled, "Lion in Winter". In the artist's words, "It is a representation of the isolation felt by so many during the holiday season. Surrounded by pressure from every side to portray what others expect for their happy moments. Don't move. Don't breathe. Don't let anyone realize that an actual statue of joy stands in place of our pain and torment."
Roderick Bentley was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but for the last eleven years, has made a home in Los Angeles, California. Creativity has always been a huge part of his life. He is a screenwriter, photographer, and an all-around promoter of the arts.
